  • Validate that closing conditions have been satisfied before issuing closing clearance
  • Ensure all fees, credits, and adjustments are correct and documented properly
  • Submit completed closing packages to the post-closing and auditing departments within the required timeframes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage closing, title coordination, or mortgage loan processing
  • Strong understanding of TRID compliance, closing disclosures, and settlement statements
  • Proficiency in LOS platforms such as Encompass or similar loan origination systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and apply real estate and mortgage regulations across multiple states
  • Comfortable managing various closings simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly reliable in a remote work environment

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional mortgage programs
  • Experience with e-closing and digital mortgage platforms
  • Knowledge of lien releases, escrow analysis, and payoff statement reconciliation
  • Background in reviewing lender closing instructions and title commitments
