- Track status of each file across the mortgage processing lifecycle.

- Submit comprehensive and compliant files to underwriting or closing for further review and clearance.
- Manage digital submissions through the LOS while adhering to internal protocols and timelines.
Team Communication and Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact between loan originators, processors, underwriters, and closers.
- Communicate professionally across teams using internal chat systems, emails, and shared task boards.
- Resolve conflicting or incomplete data by coordinating with internal departments and updating documentation accordingly.
- Provide real-time status updates to reduce ambiguity and improve workflow predictability.
Deadline Management
