Key Responsibilities

🗂 Account Servicing & Maintenance

  • Update and maintain loan servicing systems with current borrower and property information
  • Monitor loan status, escrow balances, and payment histories
  • Ensure data integrity across all servicing platforms

🔍 Regulatory Compliance & Quality Review

  • Verify transactions are processed in compliance with federal and state mortgage servicing guidelines
  • Audit documents for accuracy and flag discrepancies proactively
  • Support audit readiness and contribute to internal control processes

💬 Customer Communication & Resolution

  • Respond to servicing-related inquiries via email, phone, and secure messaging platforms
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to address inconsistencies in account data and escalations
  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to borrowers

⚙️ Operational Support & Documentation

  • Support document imaging, indexing, and proper categorization
  • Assist in automation testing and workflow improvements
