Key Responsibilities
🗂 Account Servicing & Maintenance
- Update and maintain loan servicing systems with current borrower and property information
- Monitor loan status, escrow balances, and payment histories
- Ensure data integrity across all servicing platforms
🔍 Regulatory Compliance & Quality Review
- Verify transactions are processed in compliance with federal and state mortgage servicing guidelines
- Audit documents for accuracy and flag discrepancies proactively
- Support audit readiness and contribute to internal control processes
💬 Customer Communication & Resolution
- Respond to servicing-related inquiries via email, phone, and secure messaging platforms
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to address inconsistencies in account data and escalations
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to borrowers
⚙️ Operational Support & Documentation
- Support document imaging, indexing, and proper categorization
- Assist in automation testing and workflow improvements
- Ensure deadlines and SLAs are met or exceeded
