Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Operations Analyst to join our client's team and help drive operational efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to streamline processes and enhance performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and support company objectives.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and customer service, to gather requirements and implement process enhancements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports and dashboards that track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent, effective, and compliant practices across the organization.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate operational projects and initiatives and make recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Support implementing new operational systems, including testing, training, and change management initiatives.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, including analysis and recommendations, to senior management to facilitate decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation within operational processes to increase productivity and reduce errors.
• Participate in business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, ensuring aligned operational goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with process mapping, business process re-engineering, and workflow analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software tools.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working in industries such as logistics, finance, or manufacturing.
• Project management certification, such as PMP or CAPM, is a plus.
• Understanding supply chain management and logistics is an advantage.
