Key Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis involves Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that help measure success and progress across various organizational areas.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders to help drive decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and team leads to understand business objectives and identify performance gaps.
- Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and provide strategic recommendations for addressing them.
- Change Management Support: We will support change management efforts by providing training and coaching to teams as they implement new practices and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish effective communication channels to engage stakeholders and understand their performance expectations and business requirements.
- Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance with industry standards and recommend strategies for improving productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance improvement, business analysis, or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights.
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to identify solutions and improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or other relevant performance improvement certifications.
- Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to use data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
