Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions via remote conferencing platforms.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda using AI-assisted legal research tools.

Client Interaction

• Conduct thorough remote consultations to assess client needs and goals
