Role Overview: The Remote Pharmaceutical Recruiter will identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber talent in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector, including passive candidates.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role-specific requirements.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, particularly concerning pharmaceutical regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
