Role Overview: The Remote Pharmaceutical Recruiter will identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber talent in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector, including passive candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role-specific requirements.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate candidate and client information for efficient tracking and reporting.

- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Negotiation: Facilitate smooth negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction in compensation, benefits, and job expectations.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, particularly concerning pharmaceutical regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar tools.
