About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain QA documentation, including test protocols, compliance records, SOPs, and release notes.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and project managers to gather accurate technical input.
• Create internal documentation to guide quality workflows and optimize team training.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track changes in testing requirements and update documents proactively.
• Audit documentation for consistency, accuracy, and usability.
• Develop user-facing release documentation for feature updates.
• Create visual flowcharts, templates, and indexes to enhance accessibility.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in QA documentation, technical writing, or software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, workflows, and compliance standards.
