About the Role
Position Overview
As a QA Support Analyst, you’ll become an integral bridge between users and technical teams, ensuring software excellence while supporting diverse users with compassion and clarity. Key Responsibilities

Process & Documentation
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of support cases, testing protocols, and issue resolutions.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles that improve team understanding and help diverse users navigate our systems.
Empathy-Driven Testing
- Conduct exploratory and regression testing with a focus on inclusive user experience.
- Ensure the platform remains accessible and functional for all user demographics.
Tools and Technologies
Test Management and Issue Tracking
- Utilize platforms such as TestRail or Xray for test management.
- Track issues using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Communication and Collaboration
- Engage with global teams via Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
Testing and Accessibility Tools
- Perform browser testing with Chrome DevTools.
- Use accessibility tools like Axe to ensure compliance and usability.
