Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years in a role involving investment research, asset management, or commercial real estate
• Skilled in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ARGUS and data visualization tools
• Strong ability to interpret complex information and communicate actionable insights
• Self-directed with excellent time and task management skills
