Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement effective assessment methods to gauge candidate competencies.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a timely and efficient process.
- Prepare interviewers with candidate information and evaluation criteria.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by being responsive, informative, and supportive.
- Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings by company policy.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events, both virtually and in-person, to promote job openings and the company’s brand.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
