Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will play a key part in the recruitment process, working closely with our Human Resources (HR) team and hiring managers to facilitate hiring top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening Support:
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other recruiting tools.
- Perform initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions and requirements.
- Engage in initial phone or video interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Scheduling Interviews:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and proper communication between all parties.
- Manage interview logistics, including setting up virtual interviews, sending calendar invites, and providing candidates with necessary information.
- I will serve as candidates' primary point of contact throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Managing Candidate Communication:
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they are informed about the next steps and timelines.
- Send timely and professional follow-up emails, reminders, and feedback to candidates.
- Provide personalized support to candidates, answering questions about the process, company culture, and benefits.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including interview feedback, status updates, and correspondence.
- Generate regular reports on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to understand the recruitment needs of different departments.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring open communication and alignment on recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and that necessary documentation and background checks are completed before the start date.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process, streamline workflows, and enhance candidate experience.
- Provide feedback to recruiters and hiring managers on optimizing candidate selection, interview practices, and recruitment tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and new technologies to improve recruitment efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on professionalism and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with video conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly regarding scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong time management and self-motivation.
