Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Recruiting Program Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in leading our recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless, efficient hiring process across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing complex recruitment programs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
    • Analyze current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs.
  2. Program Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
    • Implement and manage recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.
    • Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track progress, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
    • Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
    • Implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  6. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action policies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or program management role.
    • Proven experience managing recruitment processes and teams in a remote work environment.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
