Position Overview
We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated Remote Recruitment Associate to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Associate, you will be pivotal in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our clients across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
   • Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and databases.
   • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
   • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
   • Manage and execute detailed interview processes, including coordinating technical assessments and behavioral evaluations.
3. Client Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs.
   • Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.
4. Job Posting and Branding:
   • Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract high-quality applicants.
   • Promote Naukri Mitra’s brand as an employer of choice in all candidate interactions.
5. Recruitment Operations and Coordination:
   • Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback sessions, and manage communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
   • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
6. Data Management and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database.
   • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Compliance and Best Practices:
   • Stay updated on employment laws, recruitment trends, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
   • Adhere to ethical recruiting standards and uphold the values of Naukri Mitra.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in a remote setup.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members, clients, and candidates.
