Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for each role.
- Consult clients to define job specifications, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices to support clients in making informed hiring decisions.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Engaging with passive candidates and nurturing relationships for current and future opportunities can help build and maintain a robust talent pool.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate offers with clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client interaction records in the recruitment management system.
- Market Research and Networking:
- Stay informed about industry trends, job market developments, and emerging skills to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and build a strong network.
- Performance and Reporting:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
- Set and achieve personal performance targets and contribute to team goals and objectives.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
- She has successfully sourced and placed candidates across various industries and job functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in recruitment or talent management are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of successful placements.
