Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across industries and functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers regarding the status of their applications.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and hiring progress.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to measure the success of hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
