In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Screening:
    • Proactively source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment databases.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on the job description and required skills.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and availability.
  2. Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
    • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions that reflect the required skills and qualifications.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of recruitment efforts and candidates in the pipeline.
    • Offer advice and insights on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices to help managers make informed decisions.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • I will serve as candidates' first point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and alignment of calendars.
    • Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and next steps to keep them informed throughout the process.
  4. Recruitment Process Optimization:
    • Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends, tools, and technologies to attract top talent.
    • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing methods, track recruitment metrics, and make informed decisions to enhance the hiring process.
  5. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring processes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Created and maintained recruitment reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant-to-hire ratios.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring processes.
  6. Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring all required paperwork is completed, and candidates are prepared for their first day.
    • Liaise with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure that new hires are set up for success.
  7. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to showcase the company culture and values through recruitment efforts.
    • Promote open positions and career opportunities on social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
