About the Role:
We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented, self-driven Remote Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, youโll work closely with hiring managers and candidates, fostering strong relationships and ensuring our recruitment practices align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Proactively source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on the job description and required skills.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and availability.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions that reflect the required skills and qualifications.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of recruitment efforts and candidates in the pipeline.
- Offer advice and insights on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices to help managers make informed decisions.
- Candidate Experience:
- I will serve as candidates' first point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and alignment of calendars.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and next steps to keep them informed throughout the process.
- Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends, tools, and technologies to attract top talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing methods, track recruitment metrics, and make informed decisions to enhance the hiring process.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring processes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Created and maintained recruitment reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant-to-hire ratios.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring processes.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring all required paperwork is completed, and candidates are prepared for their first day.
- Liaise with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure that new hires are set up for success.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to showcase the company culture and values through recruitment efforts.
- Promote open positions and career opportunities on social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of recruiting in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
