We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Recruitment Lead to drive and oversee all recruitment activities within our dynamic organization. The Recruitment Lead will work closely with department heads, the Human Resources team, and key stakeholders to craft recruitment strategies that align with our long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities:
As the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction to offer management and onboarding. Below is an outline of the primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment strategies tailored to both current and future staffing needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and department heads, providing insights into market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment metrics.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and report recruitment efficiency and success, continuously improving processes based on data-driven decisions.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from application to hire.
- Design and maintain efficient, scalable recruitment processes that ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure all recruiting practices adhere to legal and company standards, promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs of each department and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business requirements.
3. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a constant flow of qualified candidates.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance candidate engagement, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, both locally and globally.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the evolving needs of the organization and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of recruitment efforts, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for all executive and senior-level recruitment, ensuring alignment between executive hiring needs and organizational growth.
5. Recruitment Technology & Tools:
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the hiring process.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
6. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment by creating strategies and initiatives that increase diverse representation within the talent pool.
- Partner with HR to develop inclusive hiring practices that reduce bias and promote equal opportunities.
- Participate in and promote DEI recruitment events and activities to increase the visibility of the company's commitment to inclusivity.
7. Onboarding & Candidate Experience:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Work closely with HR to ensure that all new hires receive the necessary resources and information during their onboarding phase.
- Continuously seek feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including senior and executive-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
