Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This position is crucial for driving our recruitment strategy, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across various functions. As a Remote Recruitment Manager, you will work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams to build effective recruitment plans, implement best practices, and deliver results that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
    • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to meet the needs of different departments and roles.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor practices to continuously refine recruitment approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact through to onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
    • Facilitate regular meetings with hiring teams to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
  4. Build and Maintain Talent Pools:
    • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates and talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  5. Monitor Recruitment Metrics and Performance:
    • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Ensure Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.
    • Implement and uphold best practices in recruitment to ensure a fair and unbiased hiring process.
  7. Enhance Employer Branding:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
  8. Manage Recruitment Team:
    • Supervise and mentor junior recruitment team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Compensation:

  • The annual salary for this position is $136,590.
