Key Responsibilities in Risk Analytics
Analyze and Interpret Risk Data
- Extract, clean, and evaluate risk-related datasets using statistical techniques.
- Detect anomalies, trends, and patterns that can inform predictive models.
- Deliver data interpretations that help refine internal audit and risk strategies.
Build Risk Forecast Models
- Create and fine-tune risk assessment models that anticipate operational vulnerabilities.
- Use advanced techniques like regression modeling, time-series forecasting, or decision trees to predict risk exposure.
Collaborate Across Departments
- Partner with compliance, legal, operations, and technology teams to enhance the organization’s overall risk posture.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear and accessible formats.
Support Strategic Risk Planning
- Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise risk.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual reviews of risk control strategies and risk tolerance benchmarks.
Tools, Technologies & Analytical Frameworks

What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with a focus on risk, compliance, or fraud detection.
- Proficiency in using SQL and at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
- Strong understanding of data governance, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote analytics setup.

- Familiarity with risk frameworks like COSO ERM or Basel II/III.
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, insurance, or healthcare.
