Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Identification and Assessment:
   • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities affecting organizational assets, processes, and systems.
   • Evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks, providing detailed risk profiles and recommendations for mitigation.
2. Risk Mitigation Strategies:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
   • Collaborate with various departments to design and enforce risk control measures, ensuring effective organizational risk mitigation.
3. Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Continuously monitor and evaluate risk factors and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
   • Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas requiring attention.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
   • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in risk management.
   • Ensure organizational practices and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations, facilitating audits and assessments as needed.
5. Incident Management:
   • Manage and respond to risk-related incidents and crises, coordinating with internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
   • Analyze incident data to identify root causes and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences.
6. Training and Awareness:
   • Develop and deliver risk management training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of risk-related issues.
   • Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management throughout the organization.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze risk data and generate actionable insights.
   • Create and maintain risk dashboards and reports to track risk metrics and performance indicators.
8. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and legal, to address risk-related concerns and develop integrated risk management solutions.
   • Communicate risk management strategies and findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or similar are highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing and mitigating risks.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in risk management.
