This role is fully remote, and we are looking for a highly motivated RPA expert to help drive process automation initiatives and digital transformation.

Job Overview:
The Remote Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant will be critical in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, create RPA solutions, and ensure successful deployment across various functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RPA technologies and tools, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

1. RPA Strategy and Analysis
   • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify potential areas for automation.
   • Analyze existing workflows to determine opportunities for streamlining using RPA technologies.
   • Develop and deliver strategic RPA roadmaps that align with the client's business objectives and overall digital transformation strategy.
2. Solution Design and Development
   • Design, develop, and configure RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
   • Develop scalable and reusable RPA components, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices.
   • Ensure that RPA solutions are designed to focus on scalability, security, and efficiency.
3. Implementation and Deployment
   • Implement RPA bots, scripts, and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, minimizing manual intervention and errors.
   • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of RPA solutions into the existing technology landscape.
   • Conduct end-to-end testing of RPA solutions to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
4. Monitoring and Support
   • Monitor the performance of RPA solutions to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.
   • Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation or after deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
   • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure up-to-date RPA solutions function optimally.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Education
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure RPA initiatives align with their goals and expectations.
   • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos to educate stakeholders on RPA capabilities, benefits, and best practices.
   • Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on the benefits of RPA and identifying additional opportunities for automation.
6. Documentation and Compliance
   • Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including solution designs, process maps, and user guides.
   • Ensure that RPA implementations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and security best practices.
   • Maintain comprehensive records of RPA solution performance metrics, changes, and improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions. Proven experience working with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in RPA tools and software, including scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript. Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes to determine suitable RPA solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant RPA certifications, such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Blue Prism Developer, are highly desirable.
