Job Summary:
As a Remote RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Analyst with Naukri Mitra, you will design, develop, and implement automated solutions to enhance our clients' business operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes, identify automation opportunities, and utilize RPA tools to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Assessment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document existing manual processes.
- Assess current workflows to identify potential automation opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and recommend suitable RPA solutions.
- Create process maps and documentation to represent the workflow before and after automation.
- RPA Solution Development
- Develop and configure RPA solutions using industry-standard tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Write, test, and troubleshoot bot scripts to ensure quality and accurate automation delivery.
- Ensure RPA bots align with design and functional requirements.
- Testing and Deployment
- Conduct testing of RPA bots and automated workflows to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to validate automation results.
- Facilitate the deployment and transition of RPA bots into the production environment.
- Ongoing Monitoring and Maintenance
- Provide support to ensure RPA bots function as expected post-deployment.
- Monitor automation to identify potential issues or enhancements proactively.
- Perform updates and modifications to improve bot efficiency or respond to process changes.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with IT, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Communicate automation benefits and provide progress updates to stakeholders and project managers.
- Train team members and end-users regarding using RPA tools and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Create detailed project and process documentation, including solution design, development logs, and user guides.
- Generate reports on automation performance, including metrics such as efficiency gains, cost savings, and task completion times.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development and analysis.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of workflow analysis, process design, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of scripting and coding languages like Python, VBA, or .NET is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying problems and creating solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, focusing on maintaining accuracy and quality in automation projects.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team and independently when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing automation solutions in Finance, HR, or Customer Service processes.
- Familiarity with other automation technologies, such as process mining or OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
- Certifications in RPA tools, such as UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification, or similar.
