Role Overview
Naukri Mitra is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work remotely with one of our esteemed clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, providing crucial insights, and playing a pivotal role in decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and department heads, to understand their needs and offer optimal solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to assess business performance and present actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather comprehensive insights into business challenges and opportunities.
• Create detailed process flows, business models, and system diagrams to communicate potential solutions and recommendations.
• Ensure successful implementation of projects by providing constant support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including quality assurance and post-implementation analysis.
• Develop comprehensive business cases that include cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
• Solid understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies, including business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements-gathering techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data management tools.
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and leading requirement-gathering sessions.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to adapt to different project management environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications include CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• An added advantage is industry experience in finance, healthcare, retail, or technology.
• Experience in mentoring junior analysts or contributing to developing best practices within an organization.
