• 5+ years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges efficiently.
• Knowledge of xAPI (Experience API), SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model), and CMI5.
• Expertise in creating assessments and tracking learner performance through analytics.
