What You’ll Be Doing
💼 End-to-End Loan Processing
- Oversee residential mortgage loan files from application to closing.
- Gather, verify, and analyze applicant information, including income documentation, credit histories, and property data.
- Collaborate with underwriters, originators, and closers to ensure seamless file handoffs.
✉️ Communication and Relationship Management
- Serve as a dependable liaison between clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate status updates in a clear, timely, and compassionate manner.
- Proactively resolve document discrepancies or borrower concerns with patience and professionalism.
