What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the Loan Processing Lifecycle

You’ll lead in managing and coordinating to streamline the mortgage loan process from initiation to pre-closing. You’ll be a trusted guide, ensuring every document is in place, every regulation is followed, and every borrower feels supported.

  • Manage the full loan file processing with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and compliance specialists to ensure file accuracy
  • Conduct final reviews on borrower documentation, income analysis, and credit reports
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies swiftly to prevent closing delays
  • Track loan milestones using digital mortgage platforms to maintain momentum

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
