Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Engagement:
   • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse roles and levels.
   • To identify potential candidates, utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
   • Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach, building strong relationships, and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
   • Conduct a thorough initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
   • Develop structured assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles.
   • Provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
   • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
   • Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary expectations, and talent availability.
   • Work closely with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Recruitment Process Management:
   • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
   • Track and report on sourcing metrics, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress.
   • Optimize and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging sourcing techniques.
   • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
6. Candidate Experience:
   • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
   • Address candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback to maintain engagement and interest.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies are followed throughout the recruitment process.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics.
   • Generate and present regular reports on sourcing performance, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for specialized or technical roles.
• Familiarity with various assessment and evaluation tools.
• Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is a plus.
