Position Summary:
Naukri Mitra is looking for a highly analytical and resourceful Strategic Planning Analyst to join a remote and diverse team of professionals. The ideal candidate will help drive our clients' strategic initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to guide informed decision-making. In this role, you will provide analytical support, perform market research, and develop data-driven insights contributing to effective long-term planning and company growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Analysis and Planning:
   • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats for the organization.
   • Support the development of strategic initiatives by gathering relevant data and translating complex information into actionable insights.
   • Provide detailed analysis of strategic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
   • Assisted in developing long-term and short-term business plans aligned with the strategic vision.
2. Data Collection and Interpretation:
   • Collect data from various sources, including internal databases, industry reports, market research, and external partners.
   • Interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and convert information into easy-to-understand reports and presentations.
   • Utilize data visualization techniques to present strategic insights to stakeholders compellingly.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to support the planning and execution of business strategies.
   • Partner with senior management to provide actionable recommendations and strategic guidance based on data analysis.
   • Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure consistency in strategic planning efforts and alignment across the organization.
4. Research and Market Insights:
   • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to understand industry dynamics.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

   • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
   • Identify and recommend solutions for strategic performance gaps or areas requiring additional focus.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or similar is preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, management consulting, or related roles, preferably in a remote environment.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data interpretation and developing actionable insights.
• Research Skills: Strong market research capabilities, with experience collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
