Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategic goals and initiatives.
    • Develop actionable plans and roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives, and monitor progress against these plans.
  2. Business Analysis:
    • Analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed recommendations and decisions.
    • Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management on strategic initiatives and performance.
  3. Project Management:
    • Oversee strategic projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Implement project management best practices and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various departments to support strategic goals.
    • Present strategic plans and updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback.
  5. Change Management:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful strategic project management.
