- Evaluate transportation and delivery metrics across carriers.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain to improve delivery time.
- Collaborate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
Procurement Support & Supplier Analysis
- Support sourcing decisions by evaluating vendor lead times and costs.
- Create dashboards to highlight supplier performance.
- Provide predictive insights for supplier negotiations.
Reporting & Decision Support
- Build detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Translate supply chain metrics into compelling visuals and summaries for executive decisions.
