🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain low-level systems software, including operating systems components, filesystems, or networking stacks
- Develop efficient and reliable code for performance-critical applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design infrastructure tools and improve system observability
- Analyze and resolve complex issues involving concurrency, memory management, and I/O systems
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide insights on scalability and performance
- Write clear documentation and share knowledge across a global engineering team
🤝 A Culture of Belonging
We believe that every individual brings unique strengths to the team. Our culture fosters collaboration, respect, and a sense of belonging. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer where inclusion isn’t a policy—it’s a way of life. Your contributions matter whether you're working from a remote cabin or a city apartment.
🧑🤝🧑 Our People, Our Stories
Our engineering team includes individuals transitioning from teaching, military service, and marine biology. One teammate, who began as a support technician in a rural town, now leads our Linux kernel initiatives from home while raising two kids. Stories like this reflect our commitment to growth, inclusion, and providing the support needed for you to thrive.
🛠️ Tools and Technologies
💻 Technologies You’ll Work With
- C, C++, and Rust for systems-level programming
