Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Remote Tableau Data Analyst, you will be at the core of the company’s data-driven initiatives. Your expertise in Tableau and data analytics will be instrumental in providing business intelligence that supports strategic goals.
Data Visualization & Dashboard Development
🔹 Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to drive business performance
🔹 Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visual reports for key stakeholders
🔹 Optimize dashboard performance for better user experience and accessibility
🔹 Ensure dashboards are responsive, scalable, and designed with best practices in mind
Data Analysis & Reporting
🔹 Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
🔹 Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality
🔹 Perform trend analysis and predictive modeling to identify business opportunities
🔹 Maintain a high level of data accuracy and consistency in all reporting processes
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
🔹 Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, BI tools, and industry best practices

What You Bring to the Table
To excel in this role, you should bring a mix of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen.
✅ 3+ years of experience in data analysis and Tableau dashboard development
✅ Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep for creating and managing reports
✅ Strong background in SQL, Excel, and data modeling to perform efficient data analysis
✅ Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence best practices
✅ Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling visual narratives
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset
