Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Salary: $60,500 per year

About the Role: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle in this role, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Create and implement effective sourcing plans to identify and engage potential candidates on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Conduct thorough screening of resumes, applications, and online profiles to assess candidatesโ€™ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Engage with potential candidates through personalized messaging and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  3. Interviewing and Selection:
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings when applicable.
    • Facilitate interview scheduling and provide hiring managers with feedback and recommendations based on candidate assessments.
    • Support the development of interview questions and assessment criteria aligned with job requirements and organizational values.
  4. Offer Management and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive offer process.
    • Negotiate offer terms and conditions with candidates, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
    • I will liaise between candidates and the hiring team, addressing any questions or concerns during the offer stage.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, including candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics.
  6. Talent Market Research:
    • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and innovative sourcing strategies.
  7. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational policies and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record of successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and networking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to talent acquisition.
