Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
    • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
    • Proactively search for candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
