About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition strategy, developing and executing recruitment plans, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, have strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companyโ€™s goals and objectives.
    • Analyze current and future hiring needs and create recruitment plans to meet those needs.
    • Partner with senior leadership to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
    • Lead and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust as needed.
  3. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture within the recruitment team.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
  5. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
    • Manage and address candidate feedback to continuously improve recruitment practices.
  6. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
    • Use data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment performance and challenges.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment law to ensure effective and compliant recruitment strategies.
    • Implement and maintain recruitment policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a talent acquisition or recruitment management role, preferably with remote or global teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
