Job Overview:

We seek an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Design and implement innovative recruitment processes and tools to attract top talent.
  2. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Candidate Management:
    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Provide a high-touch experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, establish selection criteria, and streamline the hiring process.
    • Offer expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  6. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to developing and promoting our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Share insights and success stories to enhance the company’s presence and reputation in the talent market.
  7. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout recruitment.
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by candidates promptly and effectively.
  8. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive recruitment strategy and decision-making.
