Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management:

  3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
