Key Responsibilities:

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Partner with clients and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and timelines.
   • Guide market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

4. Employer Branding:

5. Technology and Tools:
   • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

   • Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and recommend tools to enhance operations.
6. Onboarding and Candidate Experience:
   • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and hiring managers.
   • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
   • Provide constructive feedback to candidates, regardless of the hiring outcome.
7. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
