Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various roles and departments.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
    • Create detailed and compelling job descriptions to accurately represent the roles and responsibilities.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Networking:
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Proactively search for passive candidates and build relationships with potential talent for current and future hiring needs.
    • Manage and leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate applications and interactions.
  3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and align with the company's culture and values.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
    • Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting the organization as an employer of choice through various channels.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Gather and act on feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the recruitment process innovative and effective.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with HR and talent management teams to align recruitment efforts with overall organizational goals and initiatives.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
    • Support and mentor junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively in a remote environment.
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
  • Experience recruiting for a diverse range of industries and job functions.
  • Familiarity with remote work best practices and virtual interviewing techniques.
