Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various roles and departments.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
