Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews and phone interviews, to assess qualifications and fit.
- Interviewing and Selection:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop and conduct structured interview questions and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote and enhance the company's employer brand by showcasing its values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's reputation as an employer.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies and processes continually.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters, including interview techniques and candidate selection.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with the ability to use various tools and platforms effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a keen ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
