Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Development:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct workforce assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth.
• Program Design and Delivery:
  • Design engaging learning programs, workshops, and resources to address identified development needs.
  • Various methods can enhance employee skills and competencies, including virtual training sessions, e-learning platforms, and coaching.
  • Implement innovative solutions to drive learning retention and application in real-world scenarios.
• Coaching and Mentoring:
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to employees at all levels, including high-potential talent and leadership teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through effective mentorship initiatives.
  • Support employees in developing career plans and achieving professional milestones.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Establish metrics to measure the success of talent development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Change Management Support:
  • Partner with organizational leaders to support change management processes through tailored training and development programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent development, learning, and development, or organizational development roles, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of talent management frameworks and learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with online training platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, e-learning software).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Analytical skills to assess development needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Adept at fostering relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
