Key Responsibilities

- Program Design and Delivery:
- Design engaging learning programs, workshops, and resources to address identified development needs.
- Various methods can enhance employee skills and competencies, including virtual training sessions, e-learning platforms, and coaching.
- Implement innovative solutions to drive learning retention and application in real-world scenarios.
- Coaching and Mentoring:
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to employees at all levels, including high-potential talent and leadership teams.

- Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent development, learning, and development, or organizational development roles, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of talent management frameworks and learning methodologies.
- Proficiency with online training platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, e-learning software).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess development needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
