Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Identify and target potential candidates using various methods, including online platforms, networking events, and industry-specific forums.
    • Conduct thorough research to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and generate a diverse talent pool.
    • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, building strong relationships, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specific requirements of open positions.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and background checks as needed.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their talent needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate status, and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Scout, Recruiter, or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
