Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Talent Scout to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • To source potential candidates, utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pool.
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  2. Candidate Engagement:
    • Contact potential candidates via email, phone, or social media to initiate conversations and build relationships.
    • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through detailed screening and interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field. Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing and research skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education: A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
