- Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members using various tools and platforms.
- Organize and lead virtual team meetings, including regular status updates, project reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, coordinating with remote team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Masterโs degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role, with a strong track record of leading and developing remote teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a remote workforce.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in remote work technologies and collaboration tools, such as video conferencing, project management software, and team communication platforms.
