Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational design, remote team management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing remote team structures and processes.
• Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and optimize team structures.
