Key Responsibilities

- Regularly assess team structures and propose adjustments based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational design, remote team management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing remote team structures and processes.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices for virtual team management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and optimize team structures.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Trello).
