Position Summary:
As a Technical Business Analyst at Naukri Mitra, you will be critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand the needs and challenges of the organization entirely.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop clear and concise documentation of business and system requirements.
- Technical Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring developers and technical teams have the information to design and build solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably.
- Process Mapping and Improvement:
- Map existing business processes, workflows, and data flows to understand how different parts of the business interact.
- Identify process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities to drive business efficiencies.
- Create detailed process documentation and use data-driven analysis to recommend changes that align with business objectives.
- Project Coordination and Support:
- I support project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including the planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation phases.
- Assisted in creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring project activities were progressing as expected, and meeting deadlines.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by ensuring test cases are defined and assist users in conducting tests.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
- Develop and present reports highlighting project performance, key findings, and potential risks.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and documentation to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Conduct regular meetings to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and upcoming activities.
- Ensure stakeholders’ expectations are managed effectively and any concerns are addressed proactively.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and use case specifications.
- Develop training materials and assist in conducting training sessions for end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, technical requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Experience working on software development, system integration, or digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, process maps, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and deliver quality results.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques like SQL or BI is a plus.
