Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Technical Recruiter Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for technical roles across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and execute recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and support a team of technical recruiters to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics for the recruitment team.
    • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  3. Full-Cycle Recruiting:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidatesโ€™ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
  4. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide timely updates and feedback.
    • Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes.
    • Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices and market trends to stakeholders.
  6. Data and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including pipeline status, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into recruitment processes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
  8. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the companyโ€™s employer brand.
    • Promote the companyโ€™s values, culture, and benefits to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters.
    • Strong knowledge of technical roles and the technology industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
