Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Remote Technical Recruiter Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for technical roles, aligning with organizational goals and talent needs.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand departmental hiring forecasts and build effective recruitment plans.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their effectiveness.
    • Set clear performance goals and expectations for the recruitment team, regularly reviewing and providing feedback on their performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, assessing, and extending offers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and technical communities to build a robust talent pipeline.
    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent.
  4. Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and enhance current recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience.
    • Implement best practices and innovative tools to streamline the recruitment workflow and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment team.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruitment needs, providing regular updates on progress and candidate status.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment objectives and to address any hiring challenges.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies as needed.
  6. Market Research and Industry Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
    • Conduct market research to understand salary benchmarks, talent availability, and other factors influencing the hiring landscape.
  7. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes for technical positions, including experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for success in different technology domains.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
